  You know, the more I use Century Schoolbook, the more I'm loving its somewhat old-fashioned look. It's a beautiful font.

    Seeing as how I primarily design electric signs for a living, I would have to go with Univers. It has a bit more visual flair than Helvetica, a very wide variety of weights/widths and it is a highly legible typeface. If I can use it on a complex way-finding sign system across a large corporate campus I can use it anywhere.
